Web Design Needs Analysis

Based on the information you provided when requesting your web site design quote, we can determine your needs, what you are expecting from your website, and get a feel for your industry.

Web Site Development Contract

Once we have agreed on project details, timeline and price, we will prepare a website development contract for you to review, sign and send back with your deposit.

Web Site Development Deposit

The signed contract and $200 deposit is required before we schedule a time slot for your website design project. The remainder of your balance will be due upon website project completion. Once we have received your deposit and signed contract, we will provide you with your website project start date.

Web Registration / Web Hosting

If needed, we will immediately register your desired domain name, pending availability. Your web domain is registered in your name with your information, and you will be the only registrant contact. If you require web hosting services, we have to web hosting with great server uptime. We will provide you with the setup and support.

Graphic Design Phase

The design project begins upon receipt of your website deposit and contract, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your deposit/contract, give you access to a testing area where your design work will be located. At this point we may possibly provide a list of items which will be needed from you over the course of web development. You will need to supply all text and/or product information to be included on your site. In addition, you may also supply material such as company logo, personal photos, etc, if desired. If you have any websites you would like us to refer to when designing your web site or if you have any preference as to colors, style, etc., please offer that information as well. (Website samples can be provided in our free quote form)

Custom Web Site Design Concepts

We will provide two custom designed home page concepts for your web site project. In most cases, we will be able to provide these designs within 2-3 business days following your start date. After you have reviewed the web site designs and decided which one you would like to use, we will continue to modify the design until the final web site look is achieved. If none of the three designs suit you, we will make changes until the layout fits your vision. Once the final website look/layout is accomplised, we will create the interior web page layout. During this development process, you will have the opportunity to review the design progress through our testing area link for your project.

Web Site Navigation

Navigation links or drop down menus, and rollover effects, if desired, are custom designed to fit your layout.

Web Site Content

Incorporation of your logo, photos and text content is included in all website projects. Custom logo design is available for an additional fee.

Stock Photography

All web site projects include use of professional stock photography images from a library of your choosing. If you require stock photography which you do not currently possess, an additional fee may apply. Here we would work with you on a stock photo site like "getty images." We would be able to purchase the photos you want, and incorporate them into the design.

View Web Site Development in Progress

We establish a private directory(testing site) for your new web site design on our server, so that you may view the web site development progress at any time. In addition, our developers will inform you when updates to the site have been made so you can review the most recent progress.

Contact Forms, Response Forms, Email Contact Forms

We recommend at least one contact form on your web site for your visitor’s convenience. Using a contact form, a visitor can email you directly from your web site without needing to open their email program.

Search Engine Optimization if applicable

This step is incorporated throughout the design process. We will analyze your Meta Tags, Page Titles, Page Heading, Alt Image Tags, Link Text, and Page Body Text and adjust where needed throughout the web site. No one can guarantee certain placement within the search engines...however, the SEO methods we employ have been used with significant success. We adhere to the latest SEO methods, taking care to stay within the guidelines of Google and other search engine standards. We adjust our search engine optimization strategy based on the most current valid information. It is most cost effective when we apply search engine optimization methods during the design and development of your website.

Each and every website we build has a standard set of optimization. We prefer to offer 3 levels of Search Engine Optimizations.
-Our Standard optimization allows for titles on every page. Keywords, and definitions added to the meta tags. This means your website is Search Engine ready.
-Our Advanced optimizaton allows for titles, keywords, definitions and a look into adjusting possible page content to boost relevancy in the search engines. With this we then submit your site to Search engines upon design completion.
-Our Premier optimization takes the Advanced package one step further. If you are interested in achieving better results in Google, we will help you setup an Adwords account. Adwords are the small text ads down the side of google when you submit a search. They are a quick and easy way to get small advertisements for your site to appear in Google search results.
